Return Window
Tires may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unmounted, and in their original condition. Tires that have been mounted or driven on are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at support@tiretutor.com with your order number.
- Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the tires back in their original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Installation Services
Installation service fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed. If you cancel an installation appointment at least 24 hours in advance, the installation fee will be fully refunded.
Warranty Claims
Tires covered by a manufacturer warranty should be claimed directly through the manufacturer or an authorized dealer. TireTutor can help facilitate the warranty claim process — contact our support team for assistance.
